Our reactive service model has been developed and refined throughout our many years experience of supplying services to extensive multi-site catering operations across the UK. This experience provides us with a unique appreciation of client requirements.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

 

We develop, maintain and manage UK wide PPM programs for many of our clients.

Client needs are assessed and wherever necessary a bespoke system to manage PPM tasks is developed. This encompasses unlimited possibilities for reporting on maintenance activity to client representatives at any levels of the organisation. Many cost saving opportunities can be gained from strategically scheduling PPM activities alongside other PPM or Reactive services.

 

Integrated Services

 

The service we have developed is intended to incorporate all aspects of your equipment maintenance in one easily managed package. With this in mind we also provide a whole host of other services through Network Maintenance Engineers (NME). NME are your one port of call for any Electrical or Building Maintenance works. By continuously analysing engineer stock holdings and tailoring each engineers stock holding to the clients and equipment we serve in each region, we are able to fix problems on the first visit over 80% of the time.
